Is there a retainer fee?
Yes. A 50% retainer fee is required upon the signing of the contract agreement. Full payment is due 1 week before cake delivery date.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Square using any major debit or credit card.
Do you offer refunds?
All retainers are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds unless there has been an error made by the business.
Do you cover accidents during delivery?
Once the cake has been transferred to the customer, the business is no longer responsible for any accidents. It is recommended that customers place all cakes into a refrigerated area until it is time to cut the cake.
Do you offer cake tastings?
Yes! Cake tastings are available upon request.
Do you offer shipping?
As of right now, we do not offer shipping. We are currently working on implementing this service.
How far in advance should I place my order?
I require a minimum of 2 weeks' notice for all custom cake orders. This allows adequate time for planning, designing, shopping, and creating your cake with the highest quality and attention to detail.
